Key responsibilities
- Prepare 3D models of sheet-metal parts for production.
- Calculate K-factors, bend radii and accurate flat patterns.
- Program CNC press brakes offline and select tooling.
- Create and maintain a database of bending tools.
- Introduce new products into production in collaboration with bending operators.
What we are looking for
- A technical education is an advantage.
- Strong technical drawing skills and confidence using 3D CAD.
- Understanding of metal forming, springback and bending geometry.
- Experience with CNC press brakes or offline programming is an advantage.
