Main responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily finishing workshop, painting and shot-blasting activities.
- Allocate tasks, guide employees and meet the production plan and deadlines.
- Monitor coating and surface-treatment quality and the organisation of equipment operation.
- Ensure materials and tools are available and used at the right time.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, chemical safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments, resolve production issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Organise production reporting and required documentation.
What we expect
- Production experience, preferably in painting, surface treatment or metalworking.
- Experience leading a team or organising production.
- Knowledge of painting and shot-blasting technology and ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
- Ability to plan production, allocate tasks and guide employees.
- Knowledge of quality and safety requirements, responsibility, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills and confident computer use.
- Readiness to work in a production environment.
- Estonian for workplace communication; Russian is an advantage.
Working hours and pay
- Salary from €2,500 gross per month.
