Role overview
You will manage the sheet-metal laser-cutting process and day-to-day operation at the Kohtla-Järve plant.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare nesting layouts and CNC programs.
- Optimise cutting parameters, optics, gases and consumables.
- Organise operator shifts and daily assignments.
- Resolve issues affecting cut quality and part geometry.
What we are looking for
- A technical education is an advantage.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software for laser cutting.
- Practical understanding of laser cutting and CNC equipment.
- Willingness to combine engineering work with the day-to-day coordination of production.
