Assembly Workshop and Yard Supervisor

Main responsibilities

Organise and coordinate daily assembly workshop and production yard activities.
Lead container assembly and fitting-out through to the finished product.
Allocate tasks, guide employees and provide day-to-day support.
Meet production targets, deadlines and technical quality requirements.
Arrange timely availability of materials and components.
Coordinate with other departments and resolve production issues.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, work organisation and internal rules.
Organise production reporting and required documentation.

Production experience, preferably in metalworking or metal structure assembly.
Experience leading a team or production crew.
Understanding of container assembly and fitting-out processes.
Ability to read technical drawings and work documentation.
Ability to plan production, allocate tasks and monitor quality and deadlines.
Knowledge of safety requirements, technical aptitude, responsibility and organisational skills.
Good communication and leadership skills and confident computer use.
Readiness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Estonian for workplace communication; Russian is an advantage.
