Role overview
You will launch, program and develop the robotic welding cell at the new Kohtla-Järve plant.
Key responsibilities
- Program welding robot paths and welding parameters.
- Contribute to welding fixture design and oversee their manufacture.
- Set up the welding process and monitor part geometry and weld quality.
- Guide operators and prepare setup sheets.
What we are looking for
- Strong knowledge of MAG/TIG welding processes.
- Ability to read 3D models and technical drawings.
- Experience programming industrial robots or multi-axis CNC equipment.
- Practical understanding of metal behaviour and welding distortion.
